Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that emphasizes ground fighting and submission holds to control and defeat an opponent. You'll learn to control and submit opponents in a friendly and challenging environment. We offer Gi and no Gi. 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Kids

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Kids teaches children self-defense, discipline, and physical fitness through ground-fighting techniques and submission holds. Kids will build their confidence and develop a solid foundation in BJJ, regardless of their skill level. We offer Gi and no Gi.

  1. Do I need any prior experience to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
    Not at all—beginners are welcome. Our classes are structured so new students can learn fundamentals safely at their own pace.
  2. What should I wear to my first class?
  3. Comfortable athletic clothing is fine if you don’t have a gi yet. We also have loaner gis available for new students.
  4. Is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu safe?
    Yes. Safety is our priority. Techniques are taught with control, and students tap to prevent injuries.
  5. Do you offer kids classes?
    Yes, we have age-specific kids programs focused on discipline, confidence, and self-defense in a fun environment.
  6. How often should I train as a beginner?
    Most beginners start with 2–3 classes per week. Consistency is more important than intensity.
  7. Do you offer trial classes?
    Yes, we provide a free intro/trial class so new students can experience training before committing.
  8. What is the difference between gi and no-gi classes?
    Gi training uses the traditional kimono and focuses on grips and control. No-gi uses rashguards/shorts and is faster-paced with different gripping strategies.
  9. How long does it take to earn a belt in BJJ?
    Belt progression varies by student and dedication. On average, it takes several years of consistent training to reach each major rank.
  10. Do you offer women-only classes?
    Yes. We offer women-only sessions designed to provide a comfortable, supportive environment for training and self-defense.
